By accessing printizmo.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Printizmo provides custom printing and branded merchandise services, including but not limited to: apparel printing, drinkware, stickers, promotional products, banners, signage, DTF transfers, and UV DTF stickers. All products are produced to order based on artwork and specifications provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains artwork or content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@printizmo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• •Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• •Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final for that transaction.
• •Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due for your order.
• •Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to orders based on your shipping address and applicable law.
• •Order Cancellations: Because all products are custom-made, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

• •Your Artwork: You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, images, or designs you upload. By submitting artwork, you grant Printizmo a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce and print your artwork solely to fulfill your order.
• •Warranty of Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all artwork submitted, and that such artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
• •Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Printizmo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your artwork or your breach of this warranty.
• •Printizmo IP: All content on printizmo.com — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Printizmo and may not be used without our express written permission.

• •Turnaround Times: Estimated production times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high volume, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• •Shipping: Shipping timelines begin after production is complete. Printizmo is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
• •Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• •Proof Approval: Digital proofs, when provided, must be reviewed and approved by the customer. Printizmo is not responsible for errors in approved proofs.

Because all Printizmo products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for customer errors (including wrong size selection, incorrect artwork, or change of mind). However:

• •Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@printizmo.com with photos. We will reprint or refund defective items at our discretion.
• •Lost Shipments: If a carrier loses your shipment, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
• •Refund determinations are made on a case-by-case basis and are at Printizmo’s sole discretion.

By providing your mobile phone number to Printizmo and opting in to receive SMS communications — through our website checkout, contact form, or other opt-in mechanism — you consent to receive text messages from Printizmo at the number provided. These messages may include:

• •Order status updates and shipping notifications
• •Callback confirmations and appointment reminders
• •Customer support follow-ups
• •Occasional promotional offers and announcements

• •Message frequency varies; transactional messages are event-triggered, promotional messages are sent periodically
• •Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
• •To opt out, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent
• •To get help, reply HELP or contact help@printizmo.com
• •Opting out of SMS does not affect order-related email communications
• •We do not sell your phone number to third parties for marketing

You agree not to use our services to:

• •Submit artwork that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• •Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from our website without permission
• •Engage in any fraudulent activity, including providing false payment information

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printizmo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
